The lathe crank handle (turning handle) is a critical operating component for both CNC and manual lathes, forged from chromium-molybdenum alloy steel with a carburized and quenched surface treatment achieving hardness of HRC 58-62. Its main structure features an anti-slip knurled handle, precision gear set, and bidirectional self-locking mechanism. Compatible with ISO 40/50/60 standard tool post interfaces, it supports ±2 micro-adjustment positioning and is suitable for compound machining scenarios including turning, milling, and drilling operations.
